Red Group’s first residential development was a high-end CZK 245 mln reconstruction of an Art Noveau property, formerly a printing house, located on the corner of Svobodova and Na Děkance streets in Prague 2. The same building is also home to the four-star Park Inn Prague hotel and a Tesco Expres convenience store. Sales prices maintained their pre-crisis value.
