The property Residence Hermitage was built in 1907 and further extended in 1921. At its time the project impeccably combined an architectural design with functionality of space. A printing and publishing house, which had its seat in the building, was well-known for its high quality prints, artistic publications and magazines.
Even today, the distinctive exterior boasts a fabulous Art Deco facade, and together with high ceilings and large windows, creates an airy ambience throughout. Combination of newly built and refurbished features and a high-standard of interior design exudes quality and a unique attention to detail.
